So, recently there was bit of a discussion between a few fellow player of this server about the new update(1.200) from Keen and how Rebels Team has balanced them. Because of this discussion being somewhat heated, I’ve come up with a small but hopefully welcome change to how the new weapons are being used. ========= List of changes ========= Grid weapon point limit 125->150 Artillery Cannon 30->15 Assault Cannon 15->10 ============================ Without these changes the above aforementioned weaponry cannot be used at player desired levels, due to how much “space” they take in the limits originally. The changes I’m proposing are so that these weapon could be utilized more but perhaps they could be tweaked some other way. Perhaps some PVP could come back with this change as well. I’m happy to listen to any feedback and perhaps additional idea’s to this post. P.S. I’ll update this post more if I feel that more things should be rebalanced. Or maybe make a new one. idk. There are still the stationary cannons that I need to test 😛

About numbers, those are just initial. it is way easier to ADD points/reduce cost versus lower limits. But treat those temporary. After initial bugfixes, I will integrate Ares into new keen weapons and they will be released. -Autocannon - our old 30mm -Assault cannon - 60mm -Artillery: 120mm gatlings stay as they were. Update will include change in names of keen weapons (instead artillery we will use something else, not decided yet. because Ares 120mm is NOT an artillery. THEN we could think something about limits, because changes in balance will be significant

max points 150 what ever config you want every turrets has points i may go for only interior turrets by the way I hate those gatling gun vanila

Endo No… I don’t wanna have two separate INCOMPATIBILE systems in game. They either will be rebalanced under our balance, or go out. I will keep them in game, but NOT in current names/balance. And, btw, I will replace vanilla turrets to fit our own. (same design, rescaled, tweaked)

What about let vanilla models in game, but balance them low - as basic weapons, and the new models make much stronger, high cost? And of course all use new weapon system.

And BTW: 30, 60, 120mm? Standard calibers are 30mm, 57mm, 122mm.
